Does Cradiac Sports offer a warranty on bicycles and gear?
Yes, all our bicycles come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 6-month warranty on original components and parts.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange process.
Will my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the toolkit provided in the box.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. EMI options are also available at checkout.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
